Nice hotel for the short break during the trip to south of Italy. Everything was as in the description provided. Breakfast is nice and reach, rooms are spacious and confortables., dogs are accepted for the additional charge of 15 euros (very expensive compare to others). Free parking next to the hotel. We were happy to have some small snacks in the evening at the bar as no other restaurants close to hotel.

Very nice and charming hotel. well placed to visit the lakes of Como and Milan. The service is exceptional. with a special mention for Rebecca, Linda and Anna who are very kind and who welcomed us really well. Breakfast was delicately prepared as if we were at home. They were adorable throughout our stay Many thanks again for your welcome.

Crossing small border to Italy without traffic (not Chiasso) and reaching the hotel in good time. spacious room and bathroom. confortable bed. Staff very friendly at reception and also cleaning staff and breakfast staff/kitchen. Willing to help. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of joices. Cappucino, Macchiato etc. ordered fresh from kitchen. Fresh fruits, yoghurt, Cerial etc. Free parking around the hose

The location was close to the highway, which was perfect for a one night transit location. The room was spacious and clean.

The staff was great, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The bartenders were amazing, too.

The hotel is rated 4 stars and it might be like that, but the rooms has to be a little bit renewed, the room lightning has to be improved in general unless hotel wants to have the name of the dark & romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is good, WiFi worked well, parking is big and onsite. Location was comfortable according to our plans. The staff was great and helpful, evening in the restaurant and food was also good. If not the big discount for the hotel and location, I would seriously consider choosing it.

Size of room and bathroom are good. Friendly staffs. Parking space and it’s free which is always a plus. Good distance to Lake Como. We found a nice restaurant close by about 15 mins drive and it’s open on Monday!

Man on Reception was exceptionally helpful and professional. As the restaurant was closed that evening he recommended and booked a lovely nearby restaurant for us. We also liked the spacious rooms

The room was very large and comfortable. There was plenty of free parking. We used this as a transit hotel for a single night, and it exceeded my expectations. While it is in an unattractive industrial area, it is a five minute drive to commercial areas with plenty of restaurants, shops,etc. You do need a car.
